Smile Hood problem and some other things.

Hello!

We went to open the hood the other day and pulled the latch and
the hood won't open its doesn't seem like the latch is even attached to anything.

Sucks, the other day at the Daytona race someone asked us to life the hood but we told them we couldn't open it. He thought we were joking. Not a good impression.... sigh... still love my car....

I also had the gearbox error, I did have warning light for the tires once.
Over the weekend I had the automatic bright lights (which I love) come on while I was around a well light street full of traffic. I had to pull over and turn the option for that off because of it wouldn't turn off.

Still love my car...

If your high beams come on again when you don't want them, just pull the turn signal arm forward, like you where manually turning turning off the high beams. That will turn off the auto high beam, until the next time you start the car. To turn it back on, just turn on the high beams. I hope this helps

Speed-diva, the problems you list are new to me. Haven't seen them on this forum. I understand the hood release thing and sorry about that, but what is the gearbox error you mention? Also, the warning light for tire. Is that a pressure indicator or something else?

You might want to take it into the dealer, best to do it now.
It might be the way you're opening it that's incorrect or that there's a real problem.
