355spider I went from two C6 Z06s and a C6ZR1. Nite I have an F Type V8. It's a more refined better looking car. Gets tons of attention but it's no where near the same ballpark as far as performance. It's just as comfortable as a C6. Sounds much better in my opinion.

James Harry It depends on your budget. My friend has taken 2016-F-Type. It costs him $70000. I have also taken drive in such vehicle and it is really a nice drive.

usmman Ha, true. I'm thinking the base coupe is what I want. I was wondering if the ride was any stiffer/rougher in the sports models.

lhoboy For general cruising, the bas model is more than adequate for the chosen task and plenty exciting. Not the track car that the C5 and 6 are, but a lot classier, more elegant, more luxurious, and doesn't make you look like you are going through a mid-life crisis.

Planning to purchase soon.

My wife and I traveled all over the good old USA in our C5 and C6 Corvettes. I miss having an exciting car, and planning road trips just to have an excuse to drive the car. I am now obsessed with the F Type coupe. I think it is absolutely beautiful. I haven't test driven one yet, but plan to asap. I'm thinking the base coupe would serve our purposes for an exciting and beautiful road trip car. Do any of you owners know any reason why one F Type model would be better or worse for our needs? Thanks, Jack.
