Jaguar F-Type Hardtop Coupe Spotted in NYC

A Jaguar F-Type Coupe test mule was spotted testing in New York today. In the last picture you'll see an F-Type convertible in the background

absolutely love how the F-Type Coupe looks, although it has camo covering it, it's very easy to make out all the lines which at this point is enough. Seeing pictures of the coupe is enough to make me forget about buying the convertible version that is currently available.

So can anyone tell from the last pic if the trunk is going to have that awesome/unique flip to the side I saw in an earlier concept pic?

I thought I saw a concept where the trunk flips to the side. But, looking at the coupe above, I think it's a traditional a la XKR lift type trunk. There's two trails leading down the back below the rear windshield edges.

When can we expect to see the real deal and know the actual pricing?

I really like how the roof meets the rear of the vehicle on the hard top version. I think that the convertible misses out on that sleek sloping roof line. Too bad that they couldn't find a way to get that effect on the F-type convertible.

it should also be cheaper than the current F-Type convertible, not by much though but better than nothing. it will be like not having to pay all the extra fee's
