Found a video showing the 3.0-Liter V6 supercharged engine that includes an animation, specs and more. Looks to be an official video from Jaguar.

Really liking the numbers the 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine is putting out. 488 horsepower & 461 lbft of torque isn't impressive but really good!

I found out there will be 2 transmission options, an automatic eight-speed transmission, and a six-speed manual transmission.

only downside is that the six-speed jaguar f-type won't be available till a year after the first automatic transmission f-types hit the road.

Video no longer available.

Any word on mpg on the different trims? Also, I don't understand the long wait for the manual version. I would think this would be the option most people would go for. I know I would.

No mileage info yet. I wouldn't imagine it to break any records.
